Starting with our earliest technology provided by nature, the throwing stick, students will experience the use of hunting tools over the course of human history. Get into the mindset of your ancestors who were reliant on these skills. Explore what works, what doesn’t work, and why. Learn techniques of the rabbit stick and spear, as well as the more mechanically advantaged bow & arrow, atlatl, and the sling.
