Want to see, touch, and learn about some of the most fascinating creatures on the planet? Coyote Trails' Jefferson Nature Center and BUGS-R-US Educational Services are teaming up for a Winter Break BUG Special.

The presentation will feature some of the LARGEST preserved specimens of insects from all over the world AND highlights LIVE, safe insects to check out and touch. These include 3 different species of walking sticks, local beetles, hissing and flying cockroaches, a scorpion, a tarantula and more.

The show is scientifically based and includes information on what is an insect, benefits, camouflage, defenses, what insects eat and what insects WE eat. Everyone that attends receives BUG coloring pages and a special bug treat at the end. For ALL ages.
