The Footwork to Connecting with Nature:
How do I sneak up on a deer? What way do I move to become invisible to all these bird alarm calls? When was the last time you took yourself or your family out for a hike? Did you see any birds sneak away as you parked your car? Did the call of the Scrub-Jay catch your attention as you buckled the kids back in? Join us for an introduction into stalking and movement steps and awareness techniques that will reveal to you the subtle movements of the wild.
